In order to process your order efficiently and to notify you of your order status, we need to know your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number and expiration date. We do not provide information collected through on-line transactions to outside parties!

Rf-links.com offers our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or physically damaged.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by Rf-links before any products are returned. Please email us first!

RETURN POLICY: All our wireless cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Rf-links.com before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
Returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product. NO refunds will be given shipping/handling charges or for products returned without permission from Rf-links.com. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Rf-links.com. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product by the customer.
WARRANTY: Rf-links.com products to be free of defects in material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please email us) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Customer will pay S/H charges.
For your protection, we recommend shipping your return via UPS or Federal Express since these services are easily traceable. If you use US Priority Mail (USPS), be sure to insure the package and request a Delivery Confirmation receipt
On the box you must write: FOR REPAIR NO COMMERCIAL VALUE!
Inside the box, include a copy of your invoice or a separate sheet of paper detailing all of the following information:
- Buyers name and address as it appears on the invoice - Daytime phone number including area code - Valid e-mail address

Important note: Customer is responsible for all shipping and duty charges in origin country. Note that some items are restricted and cannot be sold to the public. We have implemented a special screening process for each order. Some equipment cannot be sold to Canada.
